We are aware of a network incident affecting services in DN18 South Ferriby and DN20 postcodes. Engineers have arrived in the area and are investigating. Please do not reset your equipment.

Engineers diagnosed an optic failiure. The faulty optic has now been replaced, and all services are back up and running as expected.

Our sincere apologies for the disruption caused, and thank you for your patience while we worked to restore service.
