We are aware of a power outage affecting a section of the Chavasse Mews riser areas, which is impacting some internet connections within the complex. Our team is working closely with building management to identify the source of the issue and restore services as quickly as possible.

Service has been restored. Our engineers attended and found contractors on site who had mistakenly unplugged cabling servicing part of the site. We are now working with the contractor to ensure that there is no further impact to our services.

Engineers in attendance to review. Liaising with building management company to establish cause of outage

We are currently unable to obtain the information required to complete remote actions to restore service. Engineers have been dispatched to the site, with an estimated arrival time of 11:30 AM
