We have spoken to our Backhaul provider. They have been unable to establish a Reason for Outage and so services remain at high risk of failure and the incident remains open. The plan is to monitor services closely through the night, this is then going to be picked up for further escalation and investigation in the morning. Our engineers remain on call throughout the evening and intense monitoring has been placed on all equipment. We will keep this incident updated with updates regarding this incident.

Services have been restored to the site. We have yet to hear from our backhaul provider on this so services remain at risk at this time. Updates to follow

Following investigations we have established the equipment in the building does have power and the issue is fibre related. We have already lodged a fault with our third-party backhaul provider for this circuit. We are awaiting updates from them in relation to this. We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this outage, especially since this site has been impacted recently. We will continue to do all we can to restore services as quickly as we possible can

We are currently working to establish the route cause of the issue. Our team are in contact with the on site concierge to check power to the equipment along with our backhaul provider to check fibre to the address. Updates to follow as and when we have them.
