Our Networks Operations team will complete essential emergency maintenance works between 2:00 am and 6:00 am on Monday 11th March 2024.

Works are required to swap out Core Network Equipment in our primary data centre Telehouse North. This critical operation is essential to ensure the continued reliability, security, and optimal performance of our internet services.

Impacted Customers have been emailed

Our upgrade works have been completed successfully; If you are having service issues then please contact our support team using the contact-us page on our website.

Our engineers have replaced the new core router; Most customers' services should have been restored. Services are still At-Risk while configurations are still being updated;

Works commencing at 2.08am; Updates to follow shortly.

Preparations are complete and maintenance is set to begin on time in the early hours of the morning
