Storm Pia is causing power issues across the UK. During these extreme weather conditions services are deemed at risk
Incident Closed - Services no longer considered at risk. This incident will reopen if Storm PIA worsens
All of our national services are operating normally. This incident remains open for the remainder of the storm with updates to follow
We are currently monitoring all connections very closely. Our team are prepared if storm PIA causes any further damage to our network. Support teams are on standby and ready to be deployed to principle sites where required. If you are without service please contact us
We are aware of some customers in a DN18 postcode are currently without service, this is due to a battery backup having blown a fuse. This has now been replaced and services are restoring
