Faulty hardware is limiting speeds intermittently. Replacement equipment is on its way to site to resolve the issue.

Following the replacement of equipment, services are now restored and the issue is resolved.

Replacement equipment has now arrived on site. There will be momentary hard downtime whilst the equipment is replaced.
