OFNL FTTPOFNL Customer Connectivity
We are receiving multiple reports of loss of service on our OFNL customer connections. We are investigating with updates to follow
Incident Closed. We have diagnosed an issue affecting a piece of core network equipment, which resulted in the temporary loss of our OFNL interconnections between approximately 15:37 and 15:47 this afternoon.
Although services were restored without intervention, a configuration change has now been implemented, services have remained stable, and no further disruption is expected as a result of this issue. We will continue to monitor the network closely, but this incident is now considered resolved.
If you are still experiencing a loss of service, please contact our support team as soon as possible using one of the following methods:
Telephone: 0333 102 0000
Live Chat: InternetTY.uk
Email: team@internetty.uk
If you pressed and held the reset button on your router or any other InternetTY-supplied equipment during the outage, please make this known to the support agent handling your enquiry, as the equipment may require reconfiguration before service can be restored.
We apologise for the disruption caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.
All sessions have now been restored and appear stable. This incident remains open whilst we continue to monitor services closely and determine the reason for the outage. Update to follow
We have seen a large number of sessions have now been restored. We are watching service restoration very closely, and our teams are working to establish a reason for the brief service drop
