We are aware of a power outage within the Low Villages affecting our cabinet; Customers in this area may be currently experiencing a loss of service. Please do not reset your router. Our engineering team is working on deploying secondary power.
Our engineering team have applied generation and will remain onsite until mains power has been restored.

Our monitoring systems have alerted us to an outage within the Irwell Development. Engineers are investigating the outage.
Engineers have arrived on site - They have confirmed the cabinet had lost power; The battery had depleted, and they are investigating why our early warning system did not notify us that the power source had been lost earlier in the day.
Services are restoring.
Our network operations team has been unable to access the site remotely. Engineers have been sent to the site to investigate and restore services; Approximate arrival 20.30. Our next update will be 20.45
