Core Network Routing Maintenance Window - 2309014

Engineers will be completing essential Maintenance on our Core Network, impacting the services of all customers.

Maintenance Reference: 2309014

Date - 24/08/2026 23:00 - 25/08/2026 06:00

All impacted customers have been contacted via email and provided with a description of the works.

We advise that all equipment is left powered on and services should be restored once works have completed, if they do not then customers are advised to power off all InternetTY equipment if they have it at the wall for at least 2 minutes and then power it back on again and services should then be restored. If your service doesn't restore then please contact our support team for further assistance. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by the loss of service.

We have been alerted to a mains power loss in Ulceby,

Our engineers are monitoring the situation. The cabinet is currently running on Battery.

  • Mains services have now been restored, our network management team will monitor servicesz

  • Our mobile generation unit has now been deployed to maintain power. Services offline should start to restore.

    Liverpool Brunswick Park - Hawthorne Building

    Our monitoring is indicating a loss of service to the Hawthorne Building of the Brunswick Park Site. Updates to follow

  • Following extensive monitoring, this incident is now closed. We are not expecting any further interruption to services and power within the building appears to have stabilised

  • Power has now been restored to all of our equipment, meaning internet connectivity has been restored. We are watching services closely, and services remain at risk of failure

  • We have spoken with Building Management on site, and they have advised that they are having power issues and are awaiting the arrival of an electrician. At this time, this power outage is only affecting our equipment in the Hawthorne Building. We will continue to chase building management regarding power restoration.

  • Our team are currently in the process of trying to contact Building management to establish if there is power to our equipment on site. Updates to follow
