Our monitoring system have reported an outage in Thoresby and Marshchapel. This work is due to a backhaul provider doing unplanned maintenance. Our engineers are working on routing traffic via an alternative path to restore services.
Our backhaul provider has confirmed service is back up and operational. The outage was caused by 'Poor Records', which meant works that should not have affected us did. We will continue to work with them to prevent recurrences.
Our engineers have managed to re-route traffic on the affected links via an alternative path into another village. Services should be restored. Our team is in contact with our backhaul fibre provider to ascertain the reason for the unannounced outage.
