Core Network Routing Maintenance Window - 2309014

Engineers will be completing essential Maintenance on our Core Network, impacting the services of all customers.

Date - 24/08/2026 23:00 - 25/08/2026 06:00

All impacted customers have been contacted via email and provided with a description of the works.

We advise that all equipment is left powered on and services should be restored once works have completed, if they do not then customers are advised to power off all InternetTY equipment if they have it at the wall for at least 2 minutes and then power it back on again and services should then be restored. If your service doesn't restore then please contact our support team for further assistance. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by the loss of service.

North Lincolnshire Barton-upon-Humber & Barrow-upon-Humber - Hard Down

We are currently investigating reports of lost connection in the Barton and Barrow areas of North Lincolnshire. Further updates will follow shortly. Please do not press the reset button on your router.

  • Resolved

  • The risk of hard down is now lowered. Continued on https://status.internetty.uk/dashboard/incidents/132 which remains open at this time.

  • Services are now restoring following the outage. This is being monitored and is considered at risk at the moment. Please refrain from completing speed tests whilst the connection re-establishes.

  • We are also receiving reports that connections in the DN39 are also affected. This is being investigated and further updates will follow shortly.
