Copperas House / The Exchange Student Accommodation

We are investigating reports of loss of service at Copperas House and the exchange student accommodation. Updates to follow

  • Update from SP Energy:

    We are hoping for a much faster resolution time.

  • The power issue has been identified as an issue relating to SP Energy.

  • The issue has been diagnosed as a loss of power to Network Equipment servicing these buildings. We are currently working with people on-site to find the route cause of the power issue. Updates to follow

    Liverpool Liverpool - Device Authentication Error

    We are currently experiencing an authentication error on devices, which is preventing users from logging into our network. This is currently being investigated by our Network Team who are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

  • Testing has now been completed. This issue is now resolved.

  • Services are restoring. Our team are now conducting testing and monitoring.
