Barrow-Upon-Humber Network Line Issue
Our engineers are investigating a Line fault to our Barrow Cabinet. This is currently resulting in no internet for our Barrow customers. Engineers have been dispatched from our North Linconshire Base.
Openreach restored service at 13.31 this afternoon. We have been monitoring service since and everything appears restored.
Openreach has confirmed they have dispatched an engineer to resolve the problem. Next update 13.00
Our engineers have investigated and confirmed the issue is within Openreach. They have confirmed that resources are being allocated to resolve. Next update at 13:00
Engineers have now arrived at our Barrow Cabinet and are working with teams along the line route to identify the problem.
