Our engineers have identified a potential issue with an optical fibre port on the hardware within the local street cabinet. We have arranged for engineers to attend to swap the fault optical port between 1am and 2am on the 18/11/2021. During this time you may be without service for up to 15minutes as the optical port is swapped over. Your service should restore automatically and we request that you do not reset your equipment.

Our engineers have inspected the optics interface and replaced the relevant parts. This is now resolved. Anyone without connection is advised to restart their router.
