OFNL Description of Works:

OFNL are working to upgrade our Core Routers to provide increased capacity for ISP connections in Telehouse West. As part of this work, OFNL will be performing a change to our Core Router chassis in Telehouse West (THW).

All impacted customers have been notified by email and provided with further information in relation to the works. We will be using this incident to provide updates to our customers and ensure close monitoring of our network so that we can restore services as quickly as possible following completion of the works at their end.

Ulcbey

We have been made away that some circuits within Ulceby appear to be offline, we have narrowed this down to one of our power feeds relating to heat, Engineers are on-route to investigate.

DNS Services DNS Issues

Earlier this afternoon our monitoring platforms reported an intermittent issue with DNS resolution towards Google. Our engineers have changed our upstream DNS partner and the service seems to have been restored. We are in communication with Google Network Operations to investigate the source of this issue. For any customers who use 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 as their custom DNS servers, we advise updating to an alternative provider until this has been confirmed as resolved.
