OFNL Network Wide Maintenance - OFNLITYNW003

OFNL Description of Works:

OFNL are working to upgrade our Core Routers to provide increased capacity for ISP connections in Telehouse West. As part of this work, OFNL will be performing a change to our Core Router chassis in Telehouse West (THW).

All impacted customers have been notified by email and provided with further information in relation to the works. We will be using this incident to provide updates to our customers and ensure close monitoring of our network so that we can restore services as quickly as possible following completion of the works at their end.

North Lincolnshire - Router Upgrade

During a scheduled window of 12AM and 2AM we will be upgrading the software on the routers in Barton,Barrow, Ulceby (North Lincolnshire). During this time you may notice your internet connection drop out for up to 5minutes while our core routers are rebooted.

    Liverpool Brunswick Park

    Our engineers are currently working ahead of schedule in the installation of the new fibre services to Brunswick Park, this means that we can progress with the resolution long term much quicker.In light of this please be advised that at 22:45 we will be conducting some maintenance on the network at Brunswick Park. Services are expected to be offline for approx 1.5hours.

  • Great News! We have been monitoring our network and can advise everything has returned to normal. We will continue to monitor over the next few days. There is some follow up works to be completed to take full advantage of the upgrade works. We will announce these works at a later date.

  • Our engineers have now completed the first stage of the upgrade works. Other works will continue into the night however should cause very minimal disruption.
