Core Network Routing Maintenance Window - 2309014

Engineers will be completing essential Maintenance on our Core Network, impacting the services of all customers.

Maintenance Reference: 2309014

Date - 24/08/2026 23:00 - 25/08/2026 06:00

All impacted customers have been contacted via email and provided with a description of the works.

We advise that all equipment is left powered on and services should be restored once works have completed, if they do not then customers are advised to power off all InternetTY equipment if they have it at the wall for at least 2 minutes and then power it back on again and services should then be restored. If your service doesn't restore then please contact our support team for further assistance. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by the loss of service.

Liverpool Brunswick Park

We are aware that some parts of Brunswick Park is currently offline due to a weather related incident. We are currently investigating to restore services. Another update should be provided shortly.

  • A further outage has occurred at 6am this morning. Our engineering team is returning site at present and expecting to arrive at approx. 9am. More information to be available soon.

  • Our engineers are on-site and repairing the damage from the weather.

  • It has been identified that the extreme weather has damaged a cable serving the buildings internet supply. Our engineers are on route and expected to arrive at approx 14:30
