Liverpool Norfolk House 1 & 2

Our network team is investigating issues at the present time with performance issues relating to the communal wifi services at Norfolk House 1 and 2. The team is still investigating the root cause of this and will update this page once more information becomes available.

  • .

  • Our engineers have found the issue relating to the manufacturer's latest software update and the devices are not allowing a down grade, They have created a temporary work around by introducing a new network name ITY_NF1 and ITY_NF1_5G.

The 5G network has become password locked and the password to connect to this network is 12345678

Once connected you will need to enter your usual user account details to gain access to the internet.

  • Our engineers are still working to restore service at this time on the 5G

  • Engineers are now on their way to the Norfolk House Complex.

They are attending to resolve the issues however we do not have an ETA on fix at the moment but we are doing all we can remotely and with engineers on site to restore service as soon as possible.

  • Our engineers have located an issue with the Wifi Platform. The issue relates to the 5G network Name. Connecting devices to the NON-5G network means the device will operate normally.

Our engineers are continuing to work on a resolution to the outstanding issue.
