Copperas House / The Exchange Student Accommodation

We are investigating reports of loss of service at Copperas House and the exchange student accommodation. Updates to follow

  • The power issue has been identified as an issue relating to SP Energy.

  • The issue has been diagnosed as a loss of power to Network Equipment servicing these buildings. We are currently working with people on-site to find the route cause of the power issue. Updates to follow

    Manchester - MANOC 4 Unexpected Core Router Reboot

    Our monitoring system have detected an unexpected core router reboot in our Manchester Datacenter.

    On engineers are coordinating with the datacenter to ascertain the cause of both power feeds dropping. An update will be available shortly.

    This is affecting some sites in Manchester and Liverpool

  • Our datacenter operator has now confirmed the power issue has restored. This was caused by a power serge which has affected both A+B Feeds.

  • Manchester Emergency Equipment Replacement - Transmission House

    Our monitoring systems have identified an issue with an item of hardware within the building. Our engineers are in attendance to replace the faulty equipment. During the exchange users may loose internet for up to 20minutes.

  • The affected equipment has been replaced.

  • Our engineers have arrived on-site. Preparations are now underway to exchange the equipment with minimal downtime.
