Our monitoring and customer reports indicate a full loss of service to customers in South Ferriby, Saxby, Horkstow, Worlaby and Bonby. Updates to follow

  • Our third-party backhaul provider has been in touch and confirmed that they have located an issue affecting our circuits.

    A Major Incident has been declared, and their Management and Network Teams have been engaged to investigate the issues further.
